The inaugural Southwest Latinx Psychology Conference offers an exciting collaboration of national and international mental health providers, researchers, and students. This inclusive and multicultural conference will bring together presenters and attendees to focus on the needs of the Latinx community.

The Southwest Latinx Psychology Conference will take place April 26-27, 2019 at the Hyatt Regency Phoenix in Phoenix, Arizona. Hotel Accommodations are available for $189 per night plus applicable taxes, based on availability.

Dr. Arredondo was the founding president of the National Latina/o Psychology Association and the first Latina president of the American Counseling Association (2005-2008).

Student Poster Session: 

AzPA will be accepting submissions for the Student Poster session through Friday, April 5, 2019. Each presenter must present during the Friday, April 26th evening reception (5:00-7:00 pm) to explain and represent their research. All posters should be presented in APA format.
