How the Group Works
Each 90-minute session follows a peer-consultation format:
Welcome and Check-In (15 minutes)
Introductions and brief updates from participants.
Two Featured Consultations (30 minutes each)
Two members will have an opportunity to present a real business challenge. For each consultation:
The presenting member describes their challenge.
The group asks clarifying questions.
Participants share relevant experiences, perspectives, and ideas.
The presenting member identifies a next step.
Open Questions (15 minutes)
Time for anyone to ask quick questions and get input from the group. Topics might include electronic health records (EHRs), billing, hiring, marketing, and other private practice business questions.
Want your question featured? Please email Yoendry Torres at ytorres@intuitionwellness.com at least one week before a session (for November, by Friday, November 6) with a short paragraph: the challenge, what you’ve tried, and what would help most. I’ll select two questions for each session for the group to discuss and let you know if yours is chosen. If no one sends in questions, we’ll just open it up to questions.
Everyone else is welcome to drop in. No RSVP is required, though the platform holds 25 participants.
A note on group expectations/agreements: we’ll keep what’s shared confidential, keep client information out entirely, and discuss how we make fee and insurance decisions without sharing specific rates or payer negotiations.
