If you have never logged in before, the default login information is as follows: Please use your First Name and Last Name (without a space) as the username and "azpa" for the password.

Example:

First Name: Thomas 
Last Name: Lynch

Username would be:  ThomasLynch
Password would be:  azpa (could be in UPPER or lower case)

You will be prompted to change your password after you login.
